There is also a couch in the livingroom that can serve as a comfortable extra single bed. Outside, the property is surrounded by a wall and a gate for your complete privacy and safety. There is a secure area within the property to park a car. A large palapa and a wood staircase leads you to a roof terrace where you can sit and catch the breezes while watching the sunset. The garden contains a large brick patio and many beautiful native flowers and fruit trees. The patio area is fully furnished with lawn furniture, table and chairs, and a gas BBQ. There is also an outside shower as well as an inside shower.
